Commercial Account Handler


Our Broking client is looking for a talented individual to support the Account Directors and Account executives in the delivery of the Company's goals and objectives

Some of your key responsibilities will involve:

  • Ensuring the delivery of a high quality, innovative client service
  • Administration of Commercial and Corporate client's insurance requirements on a daily basis
  • Liaise effectively with Offshore, Client Teams and the Broking team to ensure client needs are met
  • Allocate and manage the resource effectively to ensure service standards are maintained
  • Ensure the team are transacting business in a compliant way, with operational processes maintained
  • Provide technical, administrative and customer service support to all internal colleagues regarding Commercial and Corporate contracts
  • Lead operational improvement initiatives and proactively encourage change

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

  • Strong technical Commercial Insurance knowledge
  • Good influencing, listening and communication skills
  • Adaptability and driven to achieve results
