Commercial Account Handler

Our Client is one of the UK’s leading independent insurance intermediaries and is currently looking for an experienced candidate to work within their Commercial Insurance team.

Your duties include:

  • Handling all types of commercial insurance including Commercial Combined, Shop, Office, Liability, Motor Fleet, Professional Indemnity, Restaurant, Motor Trade etc
  • Dealing with existing clients on all incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
  • Handling of adjustments / claims applicable to the relevant policy
  • Deal with incoming post and emails
  • Liaising with insurance companies when applicable.
  • Market and invite Renewals
  • Deal with incoming calls for prospective new business enquiries and providing quotations including visiting potential new clients.
  • Daily diary - follow up and action as necessary

Previous relevant experience and Part CII qualification required
