Your new role
Working within the Small Business Unit, you will be acting as a SME Account Handler, and will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact with your clients, dealing with renewals, mid term adjustments and preparing quotes.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in your application, previous experience gained in Commercial Account Handling will be needed. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills will be an asset as this is a client facing role.
