They have an enviable reputation for client service and claims management and offer wider services within the business to allow you to maximise the retention of clients being on boarded.
The business has gone from strength to strength over the last 5 years including consistent growth and have a client focused approach whilst maintaining exceptionally low staff turnover.
Initial Day to Day:
Development of new clients and business in line with agreed plans
Following up on Leads and potential customers passed over by the group
Building a profitable book of business
Management of clients requirements, including MTA's and additional fact finds
Providing direction for Account Handlers as required
You should have a solid grounding within Commercial Insurance with exposure to Commercial Property, Liability, Motor, and High Net Worth Insurance and be looking for a long term career with an expanding business.
Your skill set should include high level communication, negotiation, presentation, client and stakeholder management coupled with the ability to influence people at all levels.
Our client have bench-marked the role between £30-35,000 initially. With some space for movement for the right individual.
