You are a Commercial Account Executive, who specialises in developing and nurturing SME and mid corporate business clients. You have an outstanding level of retention and still meet and exceed new business targets, yet you still find yourself feeling unappreciated.
IDEX are pleased to be partnered with a leading commercial Broker, looking for an ambitious Account Executive to develop and retain a commercial book of business across the Devon regions.
To achieve agreed targets and budgets for the development of existing and new customers, provide a comprehensive Commercial insurance service to existing and potential new customers and develop an initial and ongoing knowledge and understanding of customer requirements.
Taking up a naturally proactive approach to win new business, you will be expected to develop and retain a commercial book of business - although you will have leads generated on your behalf, you will be expected to self-generate a portion of new business opportunities to maximise growth.
For your hard work you will be rewarded with a handsome basic salary of up to £50,000 along with an attractive bonus and benefits scheme.
