We have had students from over 90 different countries in the college, and we know their path to university can be challenging, as it can take time for them to adjust socially, culturally and academically. For the team, though, this makes the transformation all the more rewarding and satisfying when they do succeed.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering frontline queries and covering reception duties
  • Responsibility for tracking and maintenance of student related information

  • Reporting on students’ weekly attendance
  • Meeting with students regarding their attendance levels and welfare whilst studying at the College
  • Helping to ensure all general enquiries from students prior to and post arrival, relating to all non-academic areas, are dealt with in an efficient and effective manner
  • Assisting with ensuring all student records are updated compliant and complete at all times, assisting with the chasing of information from students
  • Supporting the work of the College in the delivery of student support including welfare, social activities, registration, and orientation
  • Any other duties as required by the Manager of College Services, Head of College Services and College Director
