About the
role:
We
are currently hiring for a Collections Agent to be based in our Basildon
Office, within the Contact Centre.  The role is full time and evening
shifts are available (12 – 8pm, 1 – 9pm, 5 days a week including a day at the
weekend).

You will be
required to work in a telephony based role, on behalf of our client:

  • Speaking to existing customers on our outbound dialler,
    communicating effectively at all levels
  • Using your initiative and self-motivation to arrange payment
    solutions i.e. direct debits
  • Using your IT abilities to work off of two screens simultaneously
  • Using your knowledge of credit cards and how interest and fees are
    applied to educate customers on their spending
  • Working in a target driven environment, meeting monthly
    targets
