The Role

The role is a telephone based position within a ‘buzzy’ call centre environment.  You will become part of an extensive team dealing with both inbound and outbound calls on behalf of our client.

We are looking for

  • People with a thirst to learn and enter into a ‘career’ rather than ‘just a job’
  • Previous experience in a call centre environment would be advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer Service experience preferred, particularly telephone, but ‘face to face’ is also welcomed
  • Works well independently or as part of a team
  • Advanced Microsoft skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • A flexible approach and attitude is an absolute must
  • Someone who is motivated by “hitting their targets”

Our Operations owner-associates are responsible for the stability of our global network infrastructure by helping our financial institution clients with various aspects of transaction processing, including statement management, card production and ticket-issue resolution. Our Call Centre owner-associates are often the first point of contact for our business clients, and they play an important role in driving client satisfaction. They are responsible for answering questions and resolving problems on a wide range of issues, including account activation inquiries, potential fraudulent activity and our full range of products and services.
