About the role:
We are currently hiring for a Collections Agent to be based in our Basildon Office, within the Contact Centre. The role is part time and evening shifts are available (4 - 8pm, 5 - 9pm, 5 days a week including a day at the weekend).
You will be required to work in a telephony based role, on behalf of our client:
Speaking to existing customers on our outbound dialler, communicating effectively at all levels
Using your initiative and self-motivation to arrange payment solutions i.e. direct debits
Using your IT abilities to work off of two screens simultaneously
Using your knowledge of credit cards and how interest and fees are applied to educate customers on their spending
Working in a target driven environment, meeting monthly targets
Full paid training, lasting 4 weeks
22 days holiday, increasing with length of service
