Collections/Underwriting Advisor

This role covers two main areas; New Business and Collections. As part of the New Business team you will be responsible for building and sustaining relationships with our customers and dealers. The role is responsible for sales support/underwriting and ensuring the business taken on is within the set parameters. Focusing on Collections, your job will be to manage customer accounts that fall into arrears; effectively and efficiently collecting on these accounts to ensure the business performs within the set limits and budgets.
