Collections Team Leader

Sheridan Maine is currently working on behalf of a well known organisation based in the centre of Bournemouth who is looking to recruit a Credit Control Team Leader to look after the collections team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Ensuring the company's debt policy is adhered to
  • Oversee the production of monthly Debtors analysis, present meaningful summaries at monthly debtor meetings to highlight performance and any key issues to senior management.
  • Ensuring that Direct Debit collections are made within timescales
  • Ensuring queries are resolved on a timely basis
  • Overseeing the set up of new customers and Direct Debit Mandates
  • Develop the team, hold regular one-to-ones and come up with relevant objectives at annual development reviews
  • Support the wider team as directed by the Finance Manager.
