Collections Support Officer

We currently have a vacancy for a Collections Support Officer (Admin based role) based at our Head Office in Blackpool.

Key Elements include:

  • Deal with all incoming post, scan onto customers' accounts and note accordingly
  • Action incoming e-mails
  • Issue settlements figures
  • Ensure inbound calls are answered in a timely manner and passed to the relevant area of the business
  • Maintaining accurate customer records
  • General administration duties to help facilitate the team

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent word processing and IT skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Previous experience in customer services
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to work on your own initiative with honesty and reliability
  • Great attention to detail whilst managing a range of tasks
