Your new role
You will be working in the contact centre taking responsibility for the leadership, coaching, motivation and performance management of a team of Collections Advisors. Day to day duties include
- Supporting your team by providing strong management skills
- Coaching and motivation
- Issues but limited to collecting outstanding debts, direct debits from business customers and assisting customers in financial difficulties
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proven team leading experience
- Strong organisational skills
