We are now supporting one of our longest standing clients in their search for an experienced Collections Operations Manager.
With 4 direct reports and an indirect reporting line of up to 60 your core focus will be to deliver operational leadership and performance excellence for the brand, the division and the customer.
You will be looked upon to manage the division in the most effective way to ensure collections and debt recovery targets are met. Whether this be through KPI's, Engagement, data management, recruitment, training, continuous improvement and so on. You have the power to effect all operational achievement.
My client also has a small offshore BPO function that will fall under your responsibility too.
Too be successful you must be able to clearly demonstrate your experience and achievements within a similar contact centre environment with a focus or a high level of exposure to Collections as a vertical.
