My client, a financial services organisation based in Leeds is currently seeking an experienced collections manager to lead their collections team and function. This is a busy and demanding role where you will be responsible for ensuring the collections function is achieving all KPI's and turnaround of debts, assisting the Team Leaders with the management of the team and overall running of the department. The successful applicant will have experience of working as a manager within the collections environment, you will have managed Team Leaders previously and be familiar with the use of a dialler system.
Managing the team of 3 Team Leader with 6-9 staff underneath, set daily goals, functions and activities of all things collections related
Recruitment and growth of the team
Overseeing daily call rates and maximizing turnaround of debts
Ensuring good communication with clients and internally the smooth operations between collections and administration for the fast processing of data
Motivating your team and driving targets
Report directly to senior management on all aspects of performance, development and progression of the collections team
