My client was launched in 2017 to provide point-of-sale finance to consumers who have been refused credit or are building up their credit score, through a network of retail partners across the UK.
With the continued success and growth of the company, they need additional support in the Collections Team due to the increased volume of written communication and supporting functions. This role is important to the success of the team.
- Contacting customers through an automated dialler
- Processing payments for arrears
- Confirming security questions and transferring to Collections Advisors where required
- Taking inbound calls
- Sending statutory notices to customer
- Completing ad hoc tasks where required
