COLLECTIONS / DEBT COLLECTION / CUSTOMER SERVICE
Our client are looking for a number of Telephone Collection Negotiators to work in their busy Northampton call centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals. Main duties will be collecting outstanding government debt, including Council Tax and Road Traffic parking fines.
In this role, you will be dealing with high volume calls to recover outstanding debts, discussing with customers how to clear their debt. You will be setting up payment plans where necessary, following up with customers and logging all information on the internal system.
Successful candidates will be assertive, pro-active and highly self-motivated. You will have the ability to negotiate effectively with customers whilst always maintaining a high level of professionalism and have the ability to make sensible decisions.
Previous experiences in either of the following areas would be an advantage: Telephone Collection Negotiators, Collection Negotiator, Enforcement Officer, Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Assistant, Customer Service Representative, Call Centre, Contact Centre, etc.
