Due to ongoing Acquisitions and overall strong sustainable growth, we are looking for individuals to join our thriving Credit Control team.

The Role:

As a Collections Advisor you will be rewarded with a starting salary of £17,145, this being increased in your first year to £19,250 depending on your progress.

Responsibilities: Collecting funds from customers on overdue accounts whilst rehabilitating customers to avoid repeat arrears Providing an exceptional level of service across inbound and outbound calls

Identifying and being empathetic towards vulnerable customers. Adhering to internal and external compliance procedures. Ensuring customer complaints are handled and logged effectively

Ensuring all administration is completed accurately and efficiently

What you need: Experience isn’t everything for us, if you have then great but it’s by no means an essential requirement, transferable skills from Sales Advisors, Customer Service Representatives, Retentions and Sales Executives Strong communication skills. A positive can-do approach and never give up attitude. An investigative mindset with a desire to get to the bottom of customers situations and problems.
