At V12 we are strengthening our Collections function and are seeking customer focused individuals to join our team. Whether you are looking for an opportunity that will accelerate your career in financial services or simply want to excel at what you do, we will help you fulfill your potential.

What you will do

Our Collections Advisors work closely with customers who are in early arrears to help bring their accounts back into good health, agreeing repayments that are affordable and sustainable.

They do this by taking the time to understand the customer’s individual situation, showing empathy and respect, and providing fair outcomes and positive experiences all times.

We pride ourselves on our fair and ethical approach and helping each and every customer on their road to financial recovery, so if you are a customer focused individual, who enjoys talking to people and would like to make a real difference to the customers you interact with, then we are keen to hear from you.

What you will bring

As a Collections Advisor you will excel at listening, be able to explain things clearly and have an empathetic approach, tailoring each call to the individual customer’s needs. You will have the confidence to take ownership, using your knowledge and experience to ensure that every single customer you speak to will put the phone down feeling valued.

We know our people are our biggest investment, which is why we take the time to ensure every new joiner to our team receives our comprehensive training. We value behaviours over direct experience therefore if you can demonstrate a flair for customer communications, empathy and excellent listening skills then you could be just what we need.

Our opening hours are 8.00am to 8.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 1.00pm on a Saturday. We offer a flexible shift pattern across our hours of business with both full and part time opportunities available

How you will be rewarded

At V12 you will not be a small cog in a big wheel, you will have the autonomy to use your skills and experience to drive our business forward and have a tangible effect on our success. In return you will receive a competitive salary package, inclusion in the company bonus scheme, share save scheme and a suite of flexible benefits and discounts that you can opt into to suit your lifestyle, from gym membership to private medical cover.

As a business we celebrate achievement and have a range of generous recognition schemes that reward both individual and team successes. We also offer free fruit, hot & cold drinks throughout the day.

We offer excellent in house training and development schemes and a range of external qualifications to enable your progression and career development. Every single member of our team has a personal development plan to help them achieve their goals, whatever their career ambitions.
