Your new role
As a Collections Advisor you will be working on behalf of our client, a well-known online multichannel retailer, you will be part of a team making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls from existing customers. You will be speaking to customers with regards to payments required on their accounts. By effectively listening, fact finding and building rapport with the customer, you will be taking payments from them and discussing future payment options available to them.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have excellent verbal communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and gain commitment from them. Target driven you will be customer focused with a resilient and empathetic nature.
What you'll get in return?
You will be offered a salary of £18,750 with potential earnings of £19,750 and a number of additional company benefits. You will work 40 hours per week between 8am - 8pm Mon - Fri and Sat 8am - 1pm.
