Salary: £17,000+ £500 flexible allowance
Hours of work: 35 Hours per week
Full time equivalent -shift hours between 8.00am - 9pm Mon - Thurs, 8.00am - 7pm Fri, 9am - 5pm Sat, 10am-3pm Sundays

With over 3,000 employees, based at over 10 UK sites supporting over 800 Santander UK branches.
As a representative for the bank, you will be working as part of the collections team dealing with calls from our customers who will have arrears on their accounts. These customers are at the heart of everything the business does so, as an individual you will need to be a confident communicator who is customer focused and able to use own initiative as some of these customers may be facing financial hardship. Your core purpose is to help customers get their financial wellbeing back on track.
As an ambassador for the bank you will work alongside your team members to provide an exceptional level of service, assist customers and offer solutions. You will have a customer focused mind-set and be a confident communicator. You will have worked in a contact centre environment and have the right attitude, which along with our bespoke training, and ongoing coaching and development will make sure you’re well prepared to be the best.
