Join our growing Collections and Recoveries function is much more than picking up the phone to collect money. How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?
Our Collections teams provide support to our Global Business customers, managing accounts with a strong focus on cash collection, and aged debt clearance. You'll be part of an high performing, fast-paced team who always strive to exceed cash and quality targets whilst operating in line with FCA, DPA and Banking Code Regulations. Communication is a key part of this role, building effective internal and external business relationships. We will provide training and on-going support from our experience Collections agents and our salary packages are competitive.
Our teams work Monday - Friday 9-5pm so good for work-life balance and there are often overtime opportunities too.
What will make you the ideal candidate?
We're passionate about what we do - and you will be too! You'll provide guidance and query resolution to our customers so you must have a high standard verbal and written communication. We are looking for motivated and deadline driven individuals with the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining quality of work.
