Our Client based in Milton Keynes has a vacancy for a Collections Administrator to join their team for an immediate start.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Reporting into a Collections Team Leader the Collections and Recoveries Advisor will be accountable for owning the investigation, resolution and outcome of arrears cases. The role holder will be responsible for achieving positive customer outcomes and commercially balanced decision making in line with VWFS policy and procedures.
The role holder will be responsible for being fully compliant with relevant legislation, including but not limited to Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Treating Customer Fairly (TCF) and relevant Vulnerable Customer guidance.
Act as the voice of the business to our retail customer to maintain a long-term relationship during a sensitive time.
*Provide an efficient and effective administration service to the Collections department
*Open all incoming post for the Collections Department and be able to distribute to the correct areas.
*Ensuring all new documents are in the correct trays.
*Deal with all gone away mail including tracing and updating new addresses.
*Report to and assist the Collections Advisor.
Education And Experience
*Computer literacy - proficient in Word, Excel and keyboard skills
*Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records and other office procedures and terminology desirable.
