Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Coach, develop and lead a high performance, empowered and innovative culture.
*Ensure everyone on the team is clear about how they can exceed performance targets and contractual requirements.
*Retain the right people to deliver an excellent service for customers. .
*Ensure contract compliance is fully achieved and that the company's brand is continually promoted.
*Maximise the full commercial value of contracts whilst delivering in line with operating profit and loss targets.
*Build strong relationships with external organisations to foster and maintain new relationships and opportunities to aid performance outcomes.
*Support your team with their personal development.
*Be able to manage performance and hold regular performance reviews with all staff.
*Maximise the retention of talent and maintain professional standards of service.
We are looking for a confident and competent individual who has proven experience in leadership and management in a performance driven environment. Strong communications and interpersonal skills are required as well as an individual who can work in a flexible and autonomous manner.
You need to be committed to transforming the lives of customers though employment. The successful applicant will have significant proven experience of effective leadership and management in a performance driven environment. They will be confident and competent in networking and building relationships.
