Cognos BI Developer

We are looking for an experienced BI developer to join our MI development team and specialise in the development of Cognos frameworks and act as the recognised SME on Cognos development.

Essential Skills

  • Extensive hands-on experience of developing in Cognos.
  • Experience of developing Cognos Frameworks.
  • Experience of working in Financial Services or other regulated environment.

Ability to use the following systems:

  • Cognos BI (3+ years in a professional software development capacity)
  • SQL (both writing & interpreting)
  • Data discovery/data visualization tools such as Tableau, SAS VA, PowerBI
  • IBM Netezza
  • Experience in Agile methodologies (Desirable)
