ACCOUNTABILITIES
To follow defined business processes for working metering related queries received from the industry, internal systems and 3rd party suppliers, or as a result of validation carried out by management systems. To process and distribute metering queries and worklists to the relevant process owners within the Business and to resolve enquiries within specified SLAs.

A pro active approach is required at all times along with being a strong team player. This position is an excellent opportunity to learn more about the utilities industry in general and will provide an introduction in dealing with external 3rd parties, it is focused on delivering excellent service and building strong relationships both internally and externally.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
A technical background would be beneficial
Knowledge of Business Objects and MS Excel would be a distinct advantage.
Excellent general education (minimum 5 GCSE’s)
