We are a small, friendly company with a Showroom/office in Whetstone where customers can visit to have a demonstration of our systems. We supply and install alarms and CCTV systems for the home and business.
This role has expanded from admin work to include the co-ordination of works by our Engineers.
The candidate must have administration experience, be computer literate (including typing) and experienced on Excel spreadsheets and a CRM system and able to work on own initiative as well as within a team.
The role includes taking enquiries for new and existing customers resolving problems, booking appointments, confirming installation details, ordering stock, creating invoices as well as co-ordinating the calendar of works for the Engineers. Attention to detail is critical.
Our Showroom is on the High Road of Whetstone in close proximity to many places to eat and socialise; local parking is easily available. Our office is open from 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday .
