Department Co-ordinator/Administrator

A great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join this small team which is based within a larger open plan office environment. This is a fabulous company who really look after their staff, and who believe in staff development and promoting from within.

Part of this company’s business is looking after the Utility Contracts for other business clients. As part of the this team, you will be involved in all aspects of their existing contracts, billing and renewal of those contracts making sure they get the best value for money. You will need to be very organised with good attention to detail as being able to plan ahead is just as important as doing the job itself.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the account managers resolving any issues and queries
  • Provide a full invoice validation service to our Key Accounts on a monthly basis
  • Produce Reports
  • Liaise with suppliers and resolve issues
  • Respond to any general queries that are directed to the team
  • Twice a year be part of the supplier rate change process, update systems and brief account management
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal customers
  • Complete any adhoc tasks that have been issued by the utility manager

There will be a basic salary of £20,000 - £22,000 per annum plus quarterly bonuses
