I'm working with a local, well established client who has just decided to take on an additional CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator to join the team and to support their healthy order book and loyal customer base.

A medium sized precision engineering sub-contracting business, my client has been supplying precision engineered component parts in Gloucestershire to customers in aerospace, automotive, oil & gas, food & beverage and many other industries for over thirty years.

About the job

Online and offline programming, setting and operating. Producing precision engineered components using 4 axis Vertical Machining Centres (VMC), Doosan and XYZ machines.

CNC machines operate using Siemens controls, Offline programming software is 'Sprutcam', but we're happy to consider your application if your experience has been working with other languages and/or offline programming software.

Working hours: 40 per week, flexible between the hours of 0500 and 1700 M-F.

Will pay £16 per hour to begin with, open to negotiation.
