We currently have an opportunity for a Cluster Manager to work with our retail team. This will be regional based and we are open to applications across Scotland and North of England Region.
We are offering a competitive salary for the position and as a Cluster Manager you will be responsible for ensuring effective communication processes are established and maintained within your designated stores while undertaking regular reviews to monitor performance in line with targets.
This is an opportunity for you to build key relationships with stakeholders and we would expect you to lead by example in achieving performance targets as assigned, while confirming that fully auditable reports are maintained to a sufficient standard by store managers /supervisors across your designated cluster, to meet cycle audit requirements and company processes.
You will be expected to ensure through regular visits and action plans that your cluster stores are presented to the highest possible standard and that customer excellence is a fundamental of each stores culture.
