You will be working as a Cloud services manager as part of the larger technology division on the business to support the fast moving nature of the company.
You will be managing a small team and the role will have elements of hands on work.
The tech stack is :
To manage Office 365, Microsoft Azure and Service Now for the company.
Lead the adoption of cloud services and cloud platforms.
Manage the provision of 3rd line remedial support.
Healthy mix of BAU support, proactive upgrades/security and project work.
Cost optmization. Review and monitor the consumption of the services to manage cost and forecast future capacity requirements.
Develop policies and strategies for the design, monitoring, and maintenance of services required to meet service availability targets.
The role is an interim position but has scope to run longer than the initial 3 month term.
