Clinical Trials Project Coordinator

My client, a well-established Pathology diagnostics organisation in Central London are looking for a Clinical Trials Project Coordinator to join the Clinical Trials department.

Overall Job Purpose:
To identify and maintain contact with Phase I, II, III and later phase units as directed by the Head of Clinical Trials.

Daily duties will include :


To prepare all documentation for any on-going and new clinical trial studies.
To ensure that study files are up to date and complete.
To ensure prices, contracts, service terms, request forms, reference ranges etc. are accurate, complete and accessible to appropriate clients.
To ensure client satisfaction with the service and direct review correspondence.
To liaise directly with clinical research units, and become familiar with the service and business requirements.
To ensure the quality of service is brought to the attention of the Head of Clinical Trials and resolve appropriately.
To ensure compliance with the relevant CPA/GLP/GCP regulations to support the Head of Clinical
Other Ad hoc duties related the Clinical Trials Department.

It would be beneficial but not essential to have a Prince 2 Qualification.
Ideal candidates must have a Biomedical or Science Related Degree (or Equivalent) and have at least Project Management experience. It`s also ideal to have Clinical Trials Experience.
