Clinical Trials Administrator / Coordinator - Hertfordshire

A leading service provider of first-class, bespoke solutions to the pharmaceutical, biotech and CRO industries globally is looking to take on an individual with experience as a Clinical Trials / Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Administrator to assist with the many projects coming through

Responsibilities include;

  • Support the team in all daily activities relating to global Clinical trials programmes
  • Update and maintain trackers and training logs
  • Organise and assist with clinical study training globally
  • Liaise with project teams as required
  • Assist with preparation of quarterly meetings & newsletters;
  • Coordinate translation & printing tasks; administration

Candidate skills & attributes include;

  • Degree or equivalent in Bio Sciences preferred
  • Clinical research / Pharmaceutical or Healthcare experience beneficial
  • Confident administration skills required
  • Any experience of creating materials / advertisements / medical writing beneficial
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel & PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously
  • Confident communication & presentations skills
