- GCSE (or equivalent) in four subjects, including English Language and Mathematics

- Experience in a caring/clerical post

You will become part of a professional and caring workforce delivering high standards of care to our patients, which proves both challenging and rewarding.

The role will be based in the Radiology Department of the Urgent and Emergency Care Centre   at New Cross Hospital and involves rotating between the Emergency Department and Orthopaedic/ Fracture Clinic Department.

The post combines clerical/reception duties as well as providing support to the Radiographers and patients undergoing radiographic examinations and procedures. Patient manual handling is an integral part of this role. The Department operates a 24 hour service 7 days a week. Applicants therefore must adopt a flexible approach as the role involves weekend rotation. Participation in the Bank/Statutory Holiday rota is a requirement of this post.
