About the Clinical Studies Groups
The Clinical Studies Groups (CSGs) sit within the Clinical Research Groups (CRG) Team in the NCRI and are funded by the NCRI Partners to coordinate and facilitate the development of cancer clinical trials by experts in the field. There are currently 18 Clinical Studies Groups, 15 of which are cancer site-specific. The majority of CSGs have a number of Subgroups and/or Working Parties, which meet to further develop the work of the parent CSG. Many CSGs hold an annual meeting which attracts between 150 and 250 delegates and which the CRG Team play a major role in planning.
