Your new role
You will be an integral part of the Leadership Team and will be responsible for the delivery of key performance targets. You will provide clinical expertise and support to the Operations Director for this CDS and will be responsible for the operational delivery of services which includes the day-to-day operational management of the Trust flagship care home service in Ho and as the operational clinical representative for the trust and external events. To ensure services attainment of short/medium and long term objectives/targets and KPI's, this can include managing change to ensure that the service is best placed to demonstrate through a transparent monitoring and review process from CQC regulations.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced, innovative and highly motivated manager with strong leadership and management skills, a passion for clinical excellence and a drive for continuous improvement. You will also need to be a current Registered Manager and hold a current PIN with the NMC.
