Salary: £16,231, per annum, pro rata
Hours: Part-time, 22.5 hours per week (4.5 hours per day)
Monday to Friday core hours 08.00-17.00, flexibility required

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time Clinical Receptionist within the Physical Healthcare Suite.  Hours of work will be on a rota basis with a job share partner; covering core hours of Monday to Friday 08.00-17.00.  Shifts are 08.00-12.30 and 12.30-17.00, Monday to Friday, and will be a mix of mornings and afternoons each week.  Occasional additional full-time cover required for colleagues’ annual leave/sickness etc.

As the first point of contact within the Physical Healthcare Suite, the successful candidate will greet all patients, visitors and any enquiries in a professional, non-judgemental and courteous manner.  You will have exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills, and have experience of providing first class reception and administrative cover.

- Previous experience with patient record systems, e.g. EMIS, RiO, SystmOne is desirable

This is a varied role, which will provide fresh and rewarding challenges to the right candidate. Knowledge and experience of working with patient groups would be an advantage.
