We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our challenging behaviour and complex mental health service in Kent which supports our customers to live happy and fulfilling lives in their own home within the local community. Our customers have complex support needs including learning disabilities, autism, a diagnosis of mental health conditions, personality disorders or communication differences, alongside physical health conditions. They may also have a forensic background and support needs related to their behaviour. You'll ensure that high quality Positive Behavioural Support and individualised care is delivered which ensures customer safety, quality of life and maximises independence. You'll lead on Positive Behaviour Support and psychological assessments, supporting our customers to transform their lives and build independence. How amazing is that!
