As the Clinical Nurse Manager of our Oncology Unit you will provide clinical leadership which inspires, motivates and empowers nurses, whilst also being responsible for effectively managing the financial resources, ensuring the optimal deployment of the workforce to ensure high-quality patient care is delivered and monitored. Contributing to both corporate and hospital initiatives and plans, particularly in respect of changes in patient care delivery and quality, you will work alongside senior managers in the planning and implementation of developments relating to nursing throughout the hospital.
This is a full time role working 37.5hrs per week
The attractive and competitive salary for this role is £49,417 - £55,594 and will be dependent upon skills and experience.
