The role of Clinical Nurse Leader
Working closely with the Nurse Manager, you will be a leading senior nurse on the ward. Maintaining a high profile and visible presence. Working alongside a multidiscplined clinical team you will provide and support treatment aimed at improving the health and wellbeing of the patient group. As a CNL you will act as a role model and mentor to staff and patients encouraging their own development and growth.
