Clinical Negligence Solicitor

We’re working with a highly ranked Legal 500 firm who are looking to add a Solicitor to their Clinical Negligence team in Birmingham.

This is a specialist, well established team handling a broad range of complex, high-value clinical negligence matters, including obstetric, neonatal, surgical, cardiac and psychiatric cases. The focus is firmly claimant side, with a strong emphasis on supporting clients and families through life-changing circumstances with clear, empathetic advice.

The role would suit an NQ–3 PQE Solicitor with exposure to medical negligence, who is confident managing their own caseload while supporting senior lawyers on more complex, high-value matters.
