Clinical Negligence Solicitor

This well-established firm is looking for a Solicitor to join its Medical Negligence department within its Doncaster office.

This multi-accredited firm is looking for a Solicitor to work closely with the team to assist on a diverse and wide range of Medical Negligence matters.

As the successful Solicitor you will:

• You will have experience of working on medical negligence claims
• Content to attend business development and networking events
• Be IT literate, including knowledge of using case management software, ideally Proclaim
• Demonstrate high client care/service skills
• Have experience of working on CFA cases
• Have some experience of the Pre Action-Protocol and the CPR

The Medical Negligence Solicitor will need to have excellent communication skills, a confident pro-active approach, strong organisational skills and the ability to work methodically.
