A leading Regional law firm with offices in Cardiff is currently seeking a Clinical Negligence Administrator / Coordinator to join their Cardiff legal team. They are looking to hire an efficient, self-driven, talented and collaborative Legal Team Administrator / Coordinator to work within and support the team.

The Responsibilities:

Act as the coordination support to the PI / Clinical Negligence legal department

Assist the partners within the department

Be responsible for filing of all contracts /agreements

Assist with first point of contact for all clinical negligence queries to the legal team

Manage (work-in-progress) and produce weekly/ monthly reports

Coordinate the legal inbox and allocate queries within the team effectively

Manage other adhoc projects and queries which may involve liaising with other offices team.

The Candidate:

Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of personal injury / Clin Negligence would be advantageous.

Hard working with a passion to learn and contribute

Excellent MS Office skills

Keep up to date with forthcoming laws, regulations and best practices that are relevant to the firm’s risk and compliance policies and procedures

Able to multi task, who can work to a deadline and knows how to prioritize

Possess the ability to deliver flawless execution of administrative and coordination activities with high attention to detail, organisation and process

Be adept at prioritising a busy workload by level of importance and urgency.
