Four Seasons Health Care Group are looking for a Regional Digital Learning Facilitator Location: Remote with optional office base if geographically practicable. Candidate must be able to travel to Wilmslow on occasions. The position requires a full UK driving License. The role comes with a car allowance. Main Roles & Responsibilities: The Regional Digital Learning Facilitator role is to work with the wider Learning & Development Team and other key business subject matter experts to support the design digital, online and physical training materials using a variety of media to support our colleagues in a variety of job roles. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with Digital Learning Manager and key stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to establish and assess digital systems subject matter training needsTo coordinate with the Digital Learning Manager, Head of Learning and Development, Head of IT and wider business stakeholders to identify, analyse and deliver against business-critical objectivesTo work with the Digital Learning Manager and wider Learning and Development team in the design and delivery of digital and blended training programmesDesign, develop and deploy multimedia digital learning materials as part of a blended learning approach to future associated digital projectsTo ensure that training programmes meet and integrate with organisational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of careTo provide specific coaching and training on digital systems using a variety of communication media to include videoconferencing, desktop sharing, webinars and forums as well as emerging digital technologiesTo create and maintain effective and timely Regional team, Home Manager and administrative training and induction schedules according to the needs of the regionPlan appropriate courses to take place as per identified need including virtual media, venue, attendees and appropriate resources.Person Specification Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with operational and support colleaguesStrong interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsExperience of delivering and coordinating learning using multiple mediumsExperience of the design and development of face to face and virtual learning solutions and resourcesExperience of project management and, coordinating internal activities to meet delivery expectations of key stakeholders.Full UK driving licenceFlexible, adaptable and able to travel with occasional overnight staysCIPD Level 5 Learning and Development qualification or equivalentKnowledge of relevant H&SC training and regulatory requirementsGood knowledge of learning principles and course design techniques and an ability to review and edit technical content, using eLearning best practices, to tight deadlinesIf you would like to join our team and help to provide an excellent service please click on Apply now.
