Eclypse Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Registered Nurse for a Clinical Lead position at a nursing home in Swansea, Wales.
Located in a quiet suburb the Nursing Home has been providing a high standard of residential and nursing care for over 20 years.

Residents have access to several lounges with specially designed furniture and a spacious dining room. The Home has a range of comfortable and well equipped bedrooms most of which are en suite. A secure patio area is available to enjoy when the weather permits. Close attention is paid to resident's specific dietary needs and fresh, nutritional meals, with any cultural requirements taken into consideration, are served each day. An activities coordinator supports residents to join in a variety of activities ensuring each resident's wishes are respected. Through the staff and management, the Home offers a wealth of experience and focus on person centered care to provide residents with a relaxing and peaceful living environment.
Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse for a Clinical Lead working 40 hours (however can offer more or less hours) day shifts only at £34,320 per annum. You will do 2 x clinical shifts and 3 x supernumerary shifts.
We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and experience:
Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD)
Active NMC PIN
Previous clinical Management experience or Nursing Home Experience

Whether you're planning rotas, recruiting, training and mentoring staff, helping co-ordinate comprehensive daily activity plans, or building strong relationships with local regulators and social services, you'll ensure your unit goes from strength to strength. Stringent quality control will be key too, as you ensure the unit is complying with the NMC guidelines on administration of medicine, meeting safeguarding regulations and keeping records scrupulously.
