£34,768.00 per annum
37.5 hours per week
As a Clinical Lead, you will be coordinating the orientation of newly appointed staff to leading quality initiatives, you will be pivotal to the well-being and advancement of the home and the team. You will have a high level of clinical expertise and have previous experience of dementia and nursing gained in a hospital or care home setting. You will also have experience in the undertaking clinical audits and training.
Assisting the Home Manager and Deputy Manager in their absence, you will ensure that the highest levels of standards are maintained for both the nursing and residential units of the home. With previous management experience gained in a relevant setting including the clinical supervision of staff, you will be experienced in leading teams on shift-based patterns.
Positioned alongside the Countess of Chester Hospital, Upton Dene Residential and Nursing Home opened in January 2016 and is situated in a residential area of Chester. Qualification as a Registered General Nurse with an up to date NMC pin number is a requirement of this role.
