This is a medium sized, 70 bedded service which has recently been re-furbished and re-decorated to impeccable standards. Its design is made for comfort and luxury, and is the flagship home for this company.
This nursing home is based in a fantastic location just north of Chester's city centre, with access routes from the M56 and nearby areas Liverpool, Warrington, Wrexham Crewe and more.
Care assistants are highly trained and are able to assist with non-complex medications therefore giving time for nursing staff to deliver on clinical care needs; all clinical training and updates are paid for with off-site clinical training delivered and clinical trainers on site to sign you off in order for you to develop your portfolio.
As a registered nurse with this company you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of clinical care. Through your strong clinical knowledge and established people management and leadership skills you will ensure the highest standards are achieved in relationship centred care, clinical care and dementia care throughout the home.
