Clinical Effectiveness Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join our Clinical Effectiveness team on a permanent part-time basis (19.5 hrs per week). They will have a key role in supporting the work of the team with a focus on the administration of regular meetings with the local Clinical Commissioning Groups and the team.

 The post holders will provide and coordinate administrative and secretarial services, including preparing agendas and minutes, arranging meetings and preparing documents. The post holder will also support the team with managing projects, gathering information and undertaking enquiries as and when necessary for the team. The role will act as first point of contact for a wide range of stakeholder enquiries. The post holder will have substantial secretarial/administrative experience, preferably some within the NHS. They must also have experience of Microsoft Word and good Excel skills.

As there is some travel to other locations (as per national recommendations in relation to Covid-19), candidates will need to be willing to travel when necessary. It is desirable that they can drive and have use of their own car, but not essential. The office base for the post can be either Devizes (Southgate House) or Oxford (Jubilee House) with opportunities to also work from home.
