Our client an award winning care provider is now looking for a passionate and ambitious Deputy Manager to co-manage this lovely, which has a GOOD CQC rating in Bristol.
You must be an RGN with a valid NMC PIN. You will have previous experience working with the elderly. If you have NVQ level 4 or 5 in Health and Social Care this would be an advantage. This role would suite a Registered Nurse (RGN) who is already a Senior Staff Nurse, Nurse Manager or Clinical Lead.
Are you a clinically qualified Registered Nurse who has experience of working with residents with dementia? If so our client would be interested in talking to you about as they are looking for a Clinical Deputy Manager for a large service near Bristol. Our client offers Nursing, residential and respite care in their home.
You will work 37.5 hours a week supporting the Manager in the delivery of care and support her with management of the staff.
