Clinical Contract & Budget Specialist

Responsible for providing support to Global Clinical Operations to ensure efficient and effective conduct of clinical studies to industry and company standards while meeting study requirements and targets. This position has professional responsibilities for Contract Management, Budget Management, Clinical Payment facilitation and Clinical Registration Management.
Essential Job Functions
Support the financial/contractual planning, organisation and operation of global clinical studies. Prepare contractual and financial documents and correspondence and facilitate execution process. Manage and maintain communication with Investigative sites, internal and external stakeholders regarding status of contracts, budgets, payments and related documents. Act as primary liaison to Legal Department; manage the Clinical Trial Agreement, Non-Disclosure Agreement, and Financial Disclosure process; collect W8 BEN-E and W-9 forms as needed. Follow SOPs; identify and implement process improvements by providing innovative and creative insights to department standard operating procedures as well as other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related area; or a combination of related education and experience.
Experience in medical device industry, clinical setting, or related research field required.
Ability to handle assigned projects and to effectively follow written/oral instructions. Contribute to positive team environment. Finally, have knowledge of US Code of Federal Regulations, ISO 14155, ICH GCP
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
